Questions

How can we get started?

Book a free virtual consultation where we will do a virtual walk-through of your space or project area and then detail what your goals are. I will email you a questionnaire to allow you to prepare for our meeting that we will discuss. Consultations generally take about 30-45 minutes.

Will I be able to sustain the changes?

I am strongly committed to creating a system that works for you, your family and/or your business. I will leave you with a checklist and system to keep you on track and my services always include a follow up coaching session where we can discuss any challenges or tweaks that need to be made.

Does your pricing include the cost of organizing products?

I have a separate fee schedule if you want luxury organization using designer containers or organization systems. My fee covers researching and purchasing of items and those fees are payable in advance of purchasing.

Do I need to be involved?

Yes and no. You are ultimately the customer and you can be involved as much or as little as you would like to be. Your input on setting the overall goals and your ability to maintain changes will be a big part of the process.

Simple and Transparent Billing Process

Secure your appointment by providing a 50% initial payment upfront. Final payment of the remaining 50% is due and payable at the end of the project.

Will you be cleaning as you organize?

I will wipe down shelves and your belongings as I organize but I do not perform cleaning services. I have a list of resources you will be provided that perform professional cleaning.

How far do you travel?

I service Glenn, Tehama and Butte Counties and have trip fees for areas 20 miles, 30 miles and 40 miles from my office in Orland.
